Returns and Exchange Policy
At Brisara, we strive to ensure you love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made pieces, discounted items, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
• Process:
1. Email us at brisarabynatasha@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or address.
3. Shipping costs for returns will be deducted from your refund unless the item was faulty.
Exchanges
• Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
• Exchange Window: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Process:
1. Contact us at brisarabynatasha@gmail.com with your order number and exchange details.
2. Once approved, send the item back using the provided instructions.
3. We will ship your replacement once we receive the original item.
Refunds
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
